Changes in Operating Hours at the Turn of the Year 2025

At FOXON, we will be using the Christmas holidays at the turn of the year to switch to a new ERP system. This will result in temporary restrictions in our operations. However, we are confident that due to planned production shutdowns and holidays during the holiday period, these restrictions will not have a significant impact on cooperation with our customers.

When will operations be restricted?

Orders will be taken and quotes will be issued as normal on all working days. However, on some days we will not be able to invoice and dispatch goods, not even in express mode. Please refer to the table below for a detailed list of restrictions.

The new system will allow us to streamline our internal processes, which will lead to improvements in our service, such as faster processing of your requests. This will allow us to serve you even more efficiently in the coming year.
