How to Request Parts in Our Online Shop and Get a Quote Within One Hour
You can currently find 170,000 types of parts in our online shop. As we sell new / used / refurbished parts as well as parts without original packaging, you can choose from more than 900,000 parts in up to seven different condition variants. How do you find the parts you need and get a quote for them within an hour? We have some useful tips for you.
1. Enter the code of the part you are looking for in the search box in the top left hand corner of our online shop.
2. You can see immediately if the part is in stock, in what condition and when it can be delivered to you by standard shipping.
If we have the part in stock in Liberec and you order it before 2 pm, it will be with you within 2–3 days in Europe and 5–10 days worldwide. Delivery from an external warehouse is usually within 5–10 days in Europe / worldwide. Personal collection or express delivery is also possible.
3. Click on QUOTE for the condition variant that you prefer.
4. The RFQ Form hidden under the orange shopping trolley icon on the right will pop up. In this form, you will see the part you requested a quote for in the previous step.
You can use the Customer Number (ERP) field for your internal reference (e.g.: the RFQ number in your SAP, etc.).
If you do not want to add any more parts, fill in all your details and submit the form.
5. Do you want to request more variants of the same part or additional parts?
Close the RFQ Form (your selected part will remain in it) or click on another part or variant of the part you have already requested and the form will close automatically. Click on QUOTE again for another part and continue in this way. All requested parts will be added to the form one by one.

When finished selecting parts, you can reopen the form containing all the selected parts by clicking on the shopping trolley icon on the right. 
6. Complete the form with your details and submit it.
You will receive an automatic email with a summary of your RFQ.
7. You will receive a quote by email within one hour.
