Announcement: Kepware Has Moved to a New Owner

Kepware products have recently transitioned from PTC to Velotic. For you, as FOXON customers and users of Kepware Server (formerly KEPServerEX) and ThingWorx, the most important message is this: nothing will change at all in the coming months.

You can continue using Kepware products exactly as you are used to. Their normal operation, availability, and the support we provide to you remain unchanged.

This Change Will Bring Innovation

Velotic is an independent company focused on industrial software. It is based in the Boston area and has 1,100 employees globally. Under the new brand, platforms such as Kepware Server are expected to receive significant investment in the future to accelerate innovation, expand solutions with AI-powered capabilities, and deliver even greater value to customers.

At the same time, it remains true that nothing is changing today in terms of the products, support, or the way we work together. Everything remains fully operational and continues to function as you are used to.
