How do I find out whether you can repair my part?
Send us the order or type number, a photo of the nameplate and a brief description of the fault. We will assess repair, express, exchange and technical replacement options and recommend the next step. The enquiry is non-binding.
Do I need to send the faulty part immediately?
No. Basic information and a photo of the nameplate are enough at first. Once the repair options have been confirmed, we will arrange collection or shipment of the part.
Is collection of the part really free?
By arrangement, we provide free collection in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Collection may be handled by a FOXON sales representative or courier, depending on your region and the specific situation.
Do you also repair obsolete parts no longer supported by the manufacturer?
Yes. Repairing obsolete and unsupported components is an important part of our service. Each repair is assessed according to the specific part type, fault and availability of components.
How long does a repair take?
Lead time depends on the device type, extent of the fault, component availability and the requested service level. For urgent cases, we assess express repair or replacement with an available refurbished unit.
Will I receive a warranty on the repaired part?
Yes. The warranty period depends on the specific repair type. Selected repairs include a warranty of up to 24 months.
What happens if the part cannot be repaired?
We will assess other options, such as supplying a new, refurbished or obsolete part, an exchange repair or a suitable technical replacement.
