OPC Router is smart software that makes it easy to connect data from industrial equipment to IT/OT systems without programming. Everything is fast, automated and in a clear visualisation where you can see all data flows in real time.
Collect data, connect systems, calculate, compare and automatically enter results into databases. OPC Router allows you to communicate with PLC systems, OPC servers, printers, RFID readers, emails, Excel spreadsheets, databases, cloud services, MQTT brokers or ERP systems such as SAP R/3 and SAP HANA.
For installation on a single computer, you need a basic module and one or more plug-ins depending on what you want to connect. Or get a package containing a rental (subscription) of the base module and selected plug-ins:
- Basic (basic module) - ideal for simple interconnection of several devices or systems. A great choice for smaller production or pilot projects, e.g. collecting data from one PLC to a database. You can purchase specific plug-ins for the basic module according to your needs.
Available as perpetual and subscription (rental) licenses.
Types of OPC Router packages
- Standard = TOP 30 plug-ins - a cost-effective license rental package for plants with multiple devices and larger scenarios. Includes 30 of the most commonly used plug-ins in addition to the base module.
- Enterprise = ALL IN ONE - a robust license rental solution for large enterprises with an emphasis on reliability, scalability and data availability. The package includes all plug-ins and add-ons, allows redundant operation or connection to SAP systems.
