DC/DC Voltage Converters

Industrial Bicker DC/DC voltage converters

DC/DC converters transform the available DC voltage into another stable voltage level required by PLCs, sensors, communication modules, industrial routers and other electronic equipment. They make it possible to power devices with different voltage requirements from one common DC supply while protecting sensitive electronics against voltage fluctuations and electrical interference.

Bicker converters operate with a wide 9–36 VDC input range and provide a stable 5, 10, 12 or 24 VDC output, depending on the selected version. Their compact industrial design is suitable for DIN rail installation in control cabinets, machines and production lines.

Stable output voltage Sensitive electronics receive the correct voltage even when the input DC supply fluctuates.
Galvanic isolation Input-to-output isolation reduces the transmission of interference and the formation of ground loops.
Multiple voltages from one supply Power devices requiring different voltages from a single DC distribution system.
DIN rail installation The compact industrial design simplifies installation and replacement in the control cabinet.

How do you select the right DC/DC converter?

Check the input voltage range, the required output voltage and the total power consumption of all connected devices. Select a converter with sufficient output power and an appropriate reserve for reliable long-term operation.
