- a photo of the nameplate if you are unsure about the designation,
- whether you prefer a new or refurbished part,
- if applicable, the machine or system in which the part is used,
- for a faulty part, whether you are also interested in repair.

No problem. The B&R portfolio includes a large number of current and older product families, and not every available version can be easily found by browsing the e-shop.
Send us the order number, type designation or a photo of the nameplate. We will check availability through our European sources and prepare a quotation based on the current options.
New, refurbished and obsolete B&R parts
For current B&R parts, we primarily check the availability of a new original part. At the same time, we use an extensive European warehouse network with more than 900,000 industrial spare parts.
This enables us to source refurbished, older, obsolete and hard-to-find B&R parts as well. Depending on availability, we may be able to offer several options so you can choose according to price, condition and delivery time.
Repairs of B&R industrial parts
If you have a faulty B&R part, you can send it to us for diagnostics and repair. Repairs of industrial electronics are carried out in specialised repair centres in Europe with which we have long-term cooperation.
Depending on the equipment type, repairs may include PLC and I/O modules, HMI panels, industrial PCs, servo drives, frequency converters, power supplies and other industrial electronics. Repaired parts are functionally tested before being returned.

Yes. You can send the faulty part to FOXON. Depending on the equipment type, we arrange diagnostics, repair and subsequent functional testing at a specialised repair centre in Europe.
Yes. We also purchase selected industrial parts. Send us a list of order numbers, quantities and preferably information about the condition of the parts.
