Heidenhain RCN 223F 16384 03S17-0D: The DIADUR graduated disc has 16 384 lines. Used on rotary and tilting axes of machine tools. HEIDENHAIN RCN 2000 series absolute angle encoder with an integrated stator coupling and a through hollow shaft of Ø 20 mm.
