Two 230 V relay outputs controlled via the network
The W&T 57832 connects 1× NO + 1× CO to a 10/100BaseT Ethernet network. It enables monitoring and control via a web interface and integration into higher-level systems using OPC UA, MQTT, REST or Modbus TCP.
Do you need to select or order W&T 57832?
Please send us the required quantity and a description of the wiring configuration. We will check availability and suitable accessories.
Usage
The module is used for collecting status signals, fault reporting and remote control within industrial or technical infrastructure. Statuses can be displayed in a browser, transferred to a visualisation system or used in pre-defined actions.

Signals, communication and events
- Two bistable relays provide one make contact and one changeover contact, both potential-free, for a mains voltage of 230 V. The maximum switching current is 16 A. This model does not provide digital inputs.
- The web interface supports HTTP/HTTPS. OPC UA, MQTT Publish/Subscribe, REST and Modbus TCP are available for integration; individual services and the necessary permissions are configured on the device.
- Up to 30 actions can be configured, such as an email, an SNMP trap, an output switch or an HTTP request. SNMP supports versions V1, V2 and V3.
- Box-to-Box mode transfers switching states between suitably configured Web-IO devices over the network. Correct mapping of inputs and outputs is part of the configuration.
Commissioning and accessories
230 V equipment and network circuits must be connected by a person with the appropriate electrical engineering qualifications. Check the type of connection, fuse protection and load characteristics. Once the power supply has been connected, set the IP address, access rights and the required protocol.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many physical channels does this model have?
Two bistable relays provide one make contact and one changeover contact, both potential-free, for a mains voltage of 230 V. The maximum switching current is 16 A. This model does not provide digital inputs.
Do I need a special programme to operate it?
A web interface is available for basic monitoring and control. A supported protocol and its access rights are configured for the host system.
Does ‘Box-to-Box’ refer to a fixed response time?
No. The typical response times shown in the table do not guarantee the overall response of the entire network. The result also depends on network communication and the configuration of both devices.
Why order from FOXON?
