Analogue signals and measurement recording
- The current input can be set to active or passive mode. The passive input has a resistance of 100 Ω. Both the active input and the current output are rated for a load of up to 500 Ω; the output is guaranteed to provide a voltage of 10 V.
- Internal measurements are updated twice per second. The recording interval is selected individually: 15 or 30 seconds, or 1, 5, 15 or 60 minutes.
- Up to 12 configurable alarm notifications are available, including email and SNMP. Data can be made available to a parent application or logged via FTP and other supported services.
- The history capacity depends on the selected interval. The stated range of 150 days to 99 years describes the volume of records, not the guaranteed operating life of the device.
Commissioning and accessories

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there two inputs and a further two outputs?
No. The module has two physical channels, which can be configured as inputs or outputs. This does not increase the total number of channels.
What do I need to check on the connected sensor?
The current input can be set to active or passive mode. The passive input has a resistance of 100 Ω. Both the active input and the current output are rated for a load of up to 500 Ω; the output is guaranteed to provide a voltage of 10 V.
Is the recording interval the same as the measurement period?
No. Measurements are updated twice per second, whilst the history is saved according to a separately configured recording interval.
