The PROFIBUS wireless network consists of 1x DATAEAGLE transmitter + 1x DATAEAGLE receiver (Compact or X-Treme types can be combined within the 373x model). The DATAEAGLE 373x is available in several variants, with each variant allowing a different maximum number of PROFIBUS SLAVE devices and a different number of DATAEAGLE units (transmitter/receiver).

The DATAEAGLE 373x for plug&play wireless connection to the PROFIBUS industrial network using Bluetooth 5.0 technology operates at 2.4GHz. The device can be connected to the PROFIBUS network virtually without configuration as a plug&play solution. Range up to 100m indoors and up to 300m outdoors (depending on the antennas used).

Product variants

Various interface options are available for DATAEAGLE devices with Bluetooth 5. When ordering, the ordering number of the base device, the optional interface and the configuration number must be entered. Please contact our technical support before ordering and we will be happy to assist you with selecting the correct units and antennas.

  • 3x 15375 - DATAEAGLE Compact 373x (basic module)
  • 3x 15381 - Communication interface PROFIBUS 1-4 (1x Master and 2x Slave)
  • 1x 15383 - MASTER station configuration settings for Plug&Play connection
  • 2x 15384 - Configuration settings of the SLAVE station for Plug&Play connection
  • Antennas according to the application (directional or omnidirectional) with appropriate mounting (on the rack, on the wall or directly on the unit)
