9:30 pm Customer sends an MMS: "Could you get me these yellow safety modules ASAP, pls?"
9:33 pm Sales rep: "I've seen some in stock. But can you send me a photo of the label, please?"
9:34 pm Customer sends a photo of the label.
9:38 pm Sales rep checks the stock in FOXON's online shop on his mobile phone and replies: "We have 4 new modules w/o original packaging in stock in Liberec. Can ship them tomorrow. We have more new ones in original packaging in an external warehouse. Delivery within 5 days. Warranty period is the same for all these parts – 12 months."

8:01 am Sales Support Department send a quotation to the customer. The customer thanks them for their promptness.
9:03 am Customer's technician arrives and collects the goods. He also quickly selects another 4 parts from the current stock and leaves.
11:15 am Customer's production line is back up and running after the part has been installed. The customer hands over the invoice that has arrived from FOXON's Sales Support Department to the accounts department.
